    Build Up

Join the pre conference Zoom call at 14.00, on Wednesday 19th April to meet the other people in your Huddle & Coach Developer for the weekend.

    On the day

Head to registration and check in. Then grab your event pack and your brew, join your Huddle and find your BaseCamp to complete the mornings Priming task.

Throughout the day we will come together as a delegation to introduce a topic stimulus via keynote/video/case study/practical, then head back to your Huddle to explore and apply the topic to your context and the athletes you work with, finally coming back together to share key takeaways via Menti and conclude the topic.

Closing the day with final thoughts, big take-homes and what comes next...

    Same but Different

Same great venue, same great coffee, same great lunches, same great route-setting (with blocs ranging from YCS Regional to Senior World Cup setting).

Coaches Choice - as we start to broaden our offering, choose one of two options for Saturday afternoons stimulus.

Instead of moving to a second venue on the Saturday we will stay at LSD, grab some food from a local food truck as we listen to the evening talk, followed by Social Climb & Fun Comp.
